1. Less talk and more action.

2. When you do say something, make sure you mean it.

On ascended gear… “We do intend to focus on horizontal but we will have vertical progression moving forward with the focus on zero grind and a very low power curve.”

The above quote can be considered as flat out lie which makes your team lose even more trust with players.

3. Be flexible. If something isn’t working out then acknowledge it to the community and adjust/fix it.

4. My personal impression is that the management here needs to be improved because there seems to be a huge disconnect. True leaders keep their fingers on the pulse, but I don’t see that here judging by patch notes.

I think we need a dedicated clarifier, someone who can come on here whenever an announcement is made and address the inevitable slew of player concerns that arises from ANet’s incorrigible vagueness and apparent lack of forethought.

That is what they been doing they are doing things more then they are talking but ppl complain that not communicating so what your asking for is an oxymoron. You cant be both chose 2 and 3 at all are you even reading what your saying?
