Just wondering if there is an official answer on if people who were invited to the first beta will be able to join the second test also, or is it required to continue farming for the portal?

And will this next test be the same demo as seen before?

Yes there is an official answer.
People that got into the 1st beta received an e-mail saying that it wouldn’t guarantee a spot in the next betas.

EDIT: So you need to keep farming if you want to be in the next beta even if you joined the last one.
And we don’t currently have news about what will have in the beta, but probably the new specialization system will be there.

That doesn’t entirely remove the possibility though
the FAQ does state:
“We selected a small number of testers for the first round from our newsletter subscribers. Our next test will use this method as well as the “Portal to the Heart of Maguuma,””

Does this mean previous invites + lucky portal grinders? or Will there be a new wave of mail invites + portals? Would be good to get an anet answer on this really, not just guessing.
