The Closed Beta in China is open now. If you want to follow livestreams you can find a pool here: http://v.17173.com/live/game/1352

GW2 China will have an VIP-Option for 30 days purchasable for 1250 Gems. The features will be accessible via the inventory.

What changes for the first 10-20 levels in China will find the way to us we have to wait for. The livestreams can show you how severe or not these changes are.
