New: Now that they’ve removed the nice XP potion that went so well with the WvW Big Spender daily, is there anything anywhere that is useful to spend 25 badges of honor on how, short of buying 3 skins and destroying them?
Original: Assuming he/it still exists, could someone point me in the direction of the vendor who sells that jug of WxP for 25 karma in WvW? I’m looking around where the weapon/armor vendors are and I’m not seeing the vendor.

It was this on the Laurel Merchant, and I guess you can’t buy it any more, so I guess since my time is limited today I’ll have to buy a few throw away skins to spend my 25 for the day.
Oh well. Hope it was an oversight.
