Why are exotics dropped from the fractal dungeon automatically soulbound? You can’t do anything with it other than burn or salvage it when you get something that isn’t even in your own armor category.

I got an exotic spear from the Ascalon fractal and managed to sell it on the TP without a problem…

It’s a bug. Read this post :

Thanks for the info, I know it’s a fat chance, but I hope they correct the soulbound exotics so that we can do something more with them than throw em in the forge..

As you seem to be a very affable and intelligent person I’d recommend either asking one of your no doubt countless friends or independently researching what a joke is. Once you’ve done that you might like to come back and on renewed examination, realise that I understand the situation but am poking fun at Anet’s recent awful decisions in a tongue in cheek manner.
