Guild Wars 2

Just got my 2nd Birthday “gift” for my 2nd character. In both cases, I was “awarded” with an “experience scroll” that automatically (when used) raises my character to L-20!!!
Now, after 2 YEARS of play———————I would expect my character to be well BEYOND L-20 in experience!! So, why bother? I would normally expect that “birthday gifts” would be specific to the character (class, level, race, gender)——-and not some odd collection of unusable “junk” (although if one has enough characters—even junk may be useful). Can this area be reviewed for utility and made less of a joke?? After all, it’s given to the character———————not the account.

I agree with your general opinion. It may be worth holding onto them if you have the spare room, in the hope that they can be used to upgrade to Lvl40 scrolls, or higher even.
