Checked the Wiki; this feature is posted there, and the last update is last May, so it’s evidently been a thing for some time. Lol.

I think it was added somewhere around the time of New LA when they overhauled the BL area. A useful little feature.
There are lots of new and old qol that get added and are easily overlooked. I just discovered the cultural armour vendor in WvW. Now that is prob new, but having all races armour on one npc is quite useful.
It’s been in the game for a very long time now. It works with many types of tickets. I remember back when they did this for the fused tickets in the early living world episodes. It certainly predates the LA rebuild by a good year, probably more.
Yes, I remember when they added the function for other tickets. I guess I didn’t realize, or forgot, that it worked for BL Claim Tickets.
It’s cool; it offers a few of the choices found in the Vault, but, of course, not all. I’m guessing it’s the latest 5 or 6 or so.
It’s been there for several years. It works for a lot of “claim tickets”.
tl;dr whenever you have something that needs to be brought to a vendor, double click it — there’s a chance you don’t need to find the vendor.
Caveat: the single BL vendor brought up by 2x-clicking the ticket does not offer the exact same inventory you can get from Evon’s stash of BL skins in LA. The 1-ticket option will always be available, as will the 3-4 most recent skins. However, a few of the older skins won’t be available.
Not sure as to why this occurs or even if it’s a bug or not.
