black lion chests once in a blue moon . I aint spending the Benjamins on it that’s for sure
I have opend some chests with the keys from leveling a char and a random key drop (my second one in a year).
I got one scrap, now that thing just takes up inventory space, to get 10 of them would require ridiculous amounts of keys…

You can also get full claim tickets, not just scraps, from black lion chests.
Where do you get them. I don’t see them in the gem store.

I do not recommend buying keys, I bought 35 keys and only got 2 tickets scraps, wasted over two thousand gems.
I get about two scraps for every five chests I open. Granted I got two full tickets in my first 10 chests so it is RNG is RNG.
