Hello I was wonder if you use a Black Lion Instant level 80 ticket. Do you get a Level-80 Boost Package and all new gears to help you on your adventure. Or is this just a ticket to make a character to lv 80 like on a Tome of Knowledge you gain a lv.

You have to have an open shared inventory slot for it. You do get all the stuff like the other L80 boosts with the exception of a shared inventory slot.
