Will the new Black Lion level boost be a permanent gem store item? (2000 gems)

I don’t care much to level up myself and was looking for another quick way out in the future.

It says that using the ticket will give you a new instant 80 item. It also says it requires an empty shared inventory slot. From this I expect you’ll get the Level 80 boost that’s already in game (but without the free shared inventory slot that the previous item comes with) and it can be used as a trial in the silverwastes before finalizing acceptance, at that point the item will be consumed.

I went to wiki … but the page doesn’t seem complete. I get that it will get you to 80 on consumption, but I’m wondering if you get the free gear when consuming like the 80 boost that comes with the expansion. If it was just an instant 80 with no other perks, It wouldn’t seem worth 2000 gems.

I can see this ticket being a permanent item on the gem store, but the bundle package available for the desert I can see not being around for long
