What to do with them? They just keep dropping and dropping, i refuse to buy a key they are not worth the gold/gems, and neither the time of making new chars to get a key from the lvl 10 personal story.

Sell em on the trading post for 2c.

Scam by any other name would still smell.
Actually, just hang onto them and forget about them, they stack, perhaps someday they will look at them and notice how lame the whole concept is and improve them.

Save them. You will eventually get a key for one, and the chest itself has a chance to contain another key. I have gone through 5 or so chests before, off one key. Yeah, that’s luck, but eventually everyone gets lucky.

i stack them in the guild bank so when someone drop or obtain a key through map completion or story rewards can open one or more easily

If the contents of the chests was actually worth more than it is now, then yeah, I’d probably spend more money/gold on gems to buy keys to open them, but as it stands now I have over 100 in the bank just collecting dust.
