Our instance owner of the second story event is getting blackscreened and dropped out.

Anyone else having the same problem ?

Yeah, also getting this playing solo. Audio seems to keep playing but it’s a completely black screen and quitting the game seems to be the only way to get out of it. Just after you encounter the thrasher near the beginning of the instance.

I, too, am getting a black screen while soloing. I’m gathering mats in Sparkfly, and the screen has gone black twice since the update.

this is also were we had the issue, not sure what happened, went in with the exact same party, same party owner a second time. just completed it now !

anyone else have success on the second playthrough ?

cant get back in to game lol, have to wait for patch to fix a patch.

i have the solution : let all the pnj come to the masters before interacting with them

Have you tried exiting out completely (using Ctrl + Alt + Del if necessary) and relogging?

I’m having a similar issue. It seems as though we posted at the same time but yet, my topic was moved to ‘Game Bugs’. HA!

looks like best bet so far is relog and try again.. doesnt seem to be a constant kind of issue

Ever since a few updates ago, people have been getting constant TDRs.

I tried all sorts of things, but it looks like it’s an issue with the client. For me it only happens right now for Guild Wars 2 and Heroes of the Storm.

I’m having an issue just trying to access the story menu in the hero panel. As soon as I click on it everything perma freezes, without fail. I have to ctrl+alt+delete to get out of it.
