Soon? Probably not.
Eventually? Absolutely.

And really, the whole point of releasing the black ones first was there are many people who will take what they can get while waiting for white wings. The white ones are pretty much INEVITABLE.

(Personally, I hope they also release some in more natural tan-gold tones)
