I ran around Lion’s Arch a few times and never found her.
And I’ve asked several people. No one found her.
Figured, all the attention went to today’s patch AFTER they announced about this merchant
Oh well, I hoped to finally be able to get rid of those annoying stacks sigh
It would be nice to finally have that long promised word on what and when they can be used. I think most of us were expecting at least that much from this patch.
What? Are you kidding? How did they not put the merchant? It was announced 1 month ago, at those things are ingame for months. Seriously…

Extensive market research has to be done beforehand ! And all the interns where busy with the april feature pack :/ Now they are kinda used up and new batch of interns wont be there until August, which means:
