Bleeds on Ele

I haven’t noticed any such thing. which skills does it not work for?
Don’t know if this is the right place for this, but the trait in earth for elementist that adds more bleeds /increase duritation doesn’t do so for all the weapons/spells that adds bleeds could this be looked into?
