So has anyone gotten the plant thing which eats Bloodstone Dust yet? What does it give us in exchange for the dust?

This blood[stone] eating plant reminds me of Little Shop of Horrors. Can’t wait to grow my own. As I recall, in the movie, it didn’t end well…for the plant (or the dementedly sadistic dentist).

For every fifty bloodstone dust you feed the back piece, it spits out greens and blues.

I might actually craft it now (didn’t really like the skin), although it can only eat 200 bloodstone dust a day.

It was stated on Dulfy (I believe) that it gives random items such as blues, greens (hey free monies for otherwise useless items), Random Common Crafting mats, etc. I am about halfway finished with my crafting of it before I can tell what it gives for sure though.

If that’s true, I might actually try to craft it. Because otherwise, like 50 gold or so and/or lots of farming for a single backpiece is a bit too much imo. But if I could actually use it afterwards to convert bloodstone dust into something I can salvage (instead of just deleting it), it might be worth it long-term.

Oh nice. But I’ve just checked again what you need… gosh, if I attempt that, it’s gonna take me many hours and lots of gold I guess. First step would probably be to get all those crafts to 400… or actually even 500. Lol, no way. Oh hold on… you can actually buy that on the tp. Much cheaper than leveling all those crafts (especially to 500)… thanks god (or rather anet) that they’ve at least left this option open xD.

It’s a way for them to “eat” all the excessive bloodstone dust. You know instead of doing work, like giving us a new armor skin that requires piles of it. I’m pretty sure i have 3000 piles of the stuff.
