I received some a couple days ago from a BL Chest, but when I try to use it the BLTC window opens up showing Boosts. Does it no longer work with boosts in your inventory? If not bugged (would be a weird bug at that) how is this supposed to work now?

It depends on the kind of Boosters you are trying to enchant. For instance, blue or green (Fine/Masterwork) XP Boosters can be used with Enchantment Powder. Yellow (Rare) XP Boosters can not. Heroic, etc. Boosters can not.

I guess it was an XP booster then… that’s what I used to always save the powder for since they are beyond useless to me… guess the powder is useless to me now too.

Edit: Good thing you mentioned the rarity since it prompted me to look it up. I guess the new XP boosters aren’t useless since they give some benefit in PvP… do they affect WvW World Exp?
