there is absolutely nothing to do -_- arena net we need more content those features from feature pack should of been since the launch on the first place stop making promises and update it.

Thats kinda the problem with this game at the moment. The only thing to do after you hit 80 and get the gear look you like is get a legendary. After that, nothing. The end game is supposed to be the same as the pre end game. Well prior to 80 you are working towards something, level 80, maybe map completion. After that you are no longer striving for anything and the game provides you with little to strive for. They need to add more things in the shape of character progression. The games gear grind is aesthetic rather than stat based so their needs to be more gear skins and more ways to get it. Like guilds for each profession that you can do missions for from a job board or something, gain reputation or something and then at different tears buy armor. Just spit-ball’n!

what promises are they making but not delivering on? I assume this is what you meant. Regardless of what should have or should not have been in the game at launch isn’t it better to get it now rather than never?

Playing a new class changes the game completely. Fractals are challenging. WvW is exciting. What’s better than a legendary? 2 legendaries! Improve skills in PvP. Chase lore throughout tyria. Find Easter eggs. Do some challenging achievements. Wait for new festival and new skins and rewards.

aim for ascended armor.
make new friends
save gold and use it to buy something absurd and fun.
these are just l some things on top of my head, I know it feels the end of the world after making a legendary, just finds something new to start with and you will enjoy the game again ????

are ppl so focused on farming and speed clears that they can’t even think of an enjoyment in a game that has tons of it?
i have plenty to do and i never farm, do speed cleans or any LS zerg.
i play the game the way the game was designed to be played, if you would just slow down for a bit and look around you’ll see plenty of things to do.

You can always try PvP. Some solo and team arenas. That’s usually fun.

well thats because the game is made for short frequent bursts, not months/year long breaks.

At OP, it’s ok to take a break you know.
Keep an eye on dev blogs and when thet mention contentm come back, if it’s only for 2 days, of a 2 week LS, that is ok, take a break again and come back at the next chapter.

I’m on the same boat as the OP, after crafting the Predator I completely lost interest in gw which is a shame really so much potential and yet it all goes to waste… Skin hunting is not fun at all….There’s nothing there to work for right now other than making another leg meh.

It’s normal since you worked hard for something for a long time… then you got it and you rightfully should feel that you have accomplished what you wanted and that there’s nothing else for you to do as that was the long-term goal you set for yourself.
Just do some normal things a little bit every day and you’ll pick your pace soon and find new things to go for if you still want to find enjoyment from gw2.

For the lack of updates I just went to play GW1 instead – I’ve had it in my shelf since last summer but never really found a good time for it. Most of us have things we haven’t found the time for before and there’s not particular need to play GW2 to keep up with others. You can just go do those dishes and play that game from ‘93 that you’ve been meaning to and come back when GW2 offers something you’re interested of.

I tried all classes except warriors cuz i hate that class.
