I just wanted to post this before it slipped my mind.

First of all when this boss spawns the current fractal gates malfunction and bring you to the boss floor instead of the fractal room. There the boss waits in a frozen state for about 10-15 mins prior to the fight. The time limit on the boss would be about 2 mins when the fight starts, it starts off low because what this boss does is periodically throw groups of 5 people into watered down versions of fractal bosses (somewhere high in the same map but gives the illusion of being thrown in time) and when the group of 5 people kills a boss successfully it adds time to the dragon leave timer. you could also throw in solo zones that yield a lower time bonus but challenge a player individually to get the time so you can finish the boss fight. There would also be phases where he would “fly through time” changing the scenery while periodically attacking in big areas on the ground. The spots he attacks will spawn mobs relevant to time (i dunno something like clockwork solders or something). These mobs are to be cleared so that the boss will land again. But when the boss gets to about 5% hp he initiates this phase again dropping something you need to pick up (similar to the frozen sea fractal) to protect yourself from something like a Time roar when it dies that would auto kill you "in a frozen time position similar to the way the boss looked at the beginning of the fight) as it becomes frozen again.

Reminds me too much of WoW (Murozond) and is, regarding the Lore, paradoxic. Why?

a) Dragons consume magic.
b) Fractals are images of the past.
c) A dragon that would consume time wouldn’t exist, especially not in a fractal, because it would eat it’s past or even future and thus it’s very definition of existence.
