Pff, this game is become lesser and lesser attrictive to me.

Just a few months back you had botters quite literally covering the entire zone of Frostgorge sound!

this was last week (the last time I checked) maybe they have been reduced I hope so, but the tracks they leave must be huge in the data (movement hacking mostly) so that they are not spotted by the game for months is a little weird.
They’re actually impacting proper play in Cursed Shore. I went to farm sparks because the Temple was open, and there was a team of bots sitting waiting for respawns. I couldn’t get a shot off at the target before it was dead
So, what’s the problem to ban these players?
Lack of manpower, lack of listining to the community?
I don’t understand why there is player who I have been reporting since beginning december and I still see him doing the botting?

Bots are removed in waves, after ANet has studied their behaviour. You can’t study something without a source of data, so the bots remain until whatever ANet does has been done.
Removing bots piecemeal is generally a more inefficient solution.

Such investigations take time, to make sure that the reported players are actually bots and not legit players, as our customer support team take the suspension/termination of an account very seriously.
