I can not fathom why Anet isnt doing more about these bots. Its not like they are paying a subscription and they are actually costing the company money being that they are the direct competition to the gem market.

I realize it takes time to develop software to catch the bots. Frankly tho, its almost getting too late. take a look at Aion. The game never recovered from the mass bot market at release.

Every day i actually see more bots than the day before. And frankly I have hit my bot/gold seller limit.

You know. Repeatedly posting about bots doesn’t make the action happen any quicker. Wish people would drop these threads.

Why drop it? You a botter? its the only reason why you would want it dropped. if you arent a botter then many many posts about the problem will in fact show Anet how serious the problem is.

If its just because you dont want to read the posts… then dont click on it.

Fact is… botting posts are even popping up on a ton of message boards. Even reddit. You know its out of hand when a botting post on reddit gets 200 + points.

So you’re suggesting that 1. i must be a botter to even suggest people stop spamming the forums? and 2. That Anet aren’t already aware that it’s a serious issue.

Maybe you should use your brain just a bit.

Bots can’t hurt you in GW2. They can’t steal your kills, they can’t steal loot, they can’t steal resource nodes, they can’t attack or kill you.

If you see them report them and move on, no point worrying about it.
