Guild Wars 2

Hi. So as the title says, I am missing only that achievement and I don’t know where it spawns. He should spawn just west of Scalecatch WP, but every time I get there, Thrasher spawns that cripples and torments foes, he doesn’t use poison attack. Does this one spawns somewhere else or?
