i bought this instead of the Heroic edition and wonder, what items from this edition are characted bound and which ones are account bound?

Is my understanding the Golem Bank and the Mistfire Wolf is account wide, what about the armor set and the rest of the items?

It is possible to send the armor set to my other characters or each character receives an email with all the items? dont want to make a character and end with the items in a class/race i may not end liking

You can put the armor in your bank for another character to pick up. It will also unlock for all your characters in your wardrobe once you use it but you will need the transmutation charges to apply it to additional characters.

afaik everything is account bound. but you don’t have to open the armor chest until you need it on a character. once you opened your armor chest you can choose 1 out of 3 armors (light, medium, heavy). You will recive a set (all 6 parts) of the chosen armor as a skin, wich you can use on any armor without using transmutation charges. You will also unlock the whole set for the wardrobe to reuse the skin by the cost of one transmutaion charge, like a regular armor. So you can use the armor multiple times.

You get the charges from map completions and daily quests and they are also available from the gem store.

For the golem banker they are soulbound. However every NEW char you make gets a golem banker. This is great if you farm keys.

The armor set you select is level 0 armor in addition to the skin pack. The only use it serves now that the wardrobe system is in place, is for giving your keyrunning character (if you know what that is or choose to do it later) some disgustingly good low level armor.
