Hopefully this is the correct place to post this. I bought a second Ouroboros Loop when I meant to buy Khilbron’s Phylactery (bought from wvw vendor for badges and laurels). It is soul bound now (tried to wear it, foolishly). Is there any chance I could get a refund of the 250 badges and 25 laurels or have one of my Ouroboros Loops exchanged for a Khilbron’s Phylactery? Thank you!

The game asks you “Are you sure you want to buy bla bla bla” so it’s only your fault.

Try contacting support. Support tab at top of the page, and make a ticket. I’m not positive but I think they help out in some way. Possibly by having you delete one and they send you another. At any rate, it’s worth a try.

Maybe they should grey out (make it unable to be purchased on that char) any on the list that your character can’t wear…. sigh

Contact support. They have helped others that have bought 2 of the same rings without knowing what ‘unique’ meant.

That really is your only recourse. The outcome will probably be happy.
