Screenshot so we actually know how it looks like, maybe?
No need to make a screen i guess.

I think dye’s are up and ready as the “Self Style Hair Kit 20% Off!” is on. Just got the silly lava dye instead red / pink one. I will not risk to buy that pack again.
Any staff answer on this?
what color is lava? if it’s considered red, then there is no problem.
Lava Dye is a red color. What’s the problem?
Even if it is, thers a problem.
Normally Red dye pack has dyes red range ( so lava, pink etc etc ) But today’s New Red dye pack, should contain RED or PINK dye as it says:
“guaranteed to contain red and pink dyes only” not range colours just red or pink.
If its like you say, how they can call Brand new Red dye pack?!
I can see where he would come to that conclusion. They might want to change the description to something like, in the Red or Pink spectrum.
Please give us a keyring…
Is it something new? Because it’s not even a “dye pack”, it’s 1 unidentified red dye.
Anyway, in the BL store, it says that it contains one dye “from the red hue spectrum”. It doesn’t say that the dye is specifically a dye called RED.
Ah sorry, Piaskowy, you beat me to my post. I understand how it could be interpreted that you would only receive the Red or Pink dye if you bought the pack, but honestly when I read that news post I assumed it would be the range of Red hues.
Considering they’re selling them in packs of 5 I’d be pretty dissapointed if it only contained 2 colours.
“Life’s a journey, not a destination.”
Isn’t this the same way the cook dye recipes are categorized? You can make “yellow” or “red” dye, but it’s actually a random hue of that color.
I don’t see the false advertising here, the description says clearly
“(…) guaranteed to contain red and pink dyes only.” not
“(…) guaranteed to contain Red and Pink dyes only.”
I don’t wanna go all grammar nazi about this, but that’s where the difference between Red dye and red dye is
