More generally, they need to let you flag items which currently aren’t in the gem store, so you’re notified by email when they’re made available. I know a lot of people who have been waiting for an item to go on sale, but the day it became available for 24 hours they didn’t login to play.
They did bring it back a 2nd time. You have two chances to buy it.. That is enough..
