A prominent Lions Arc Fleet Commander has landed in LA and is preparing an assault against the Elder Dragon known as Bubbles.

He has been tracking Bubbles movements from the Unending Ocean

They are planning on attacking him and opening up an asuran portal so that reinforcements can easily assist attacking forces.

But they don’t have enough troops to attack him, so they are posting recruitment posters throughout Lions Arc.

This threat must be eliminated, even the whales are fleeing from his destruction.

They believe Bubble’s Champion may attack LA at any moment. Posters advising citizens to stay out of the water have been posted along the beaches.
