For the love of all kitten, please allow mistaken dungeon armor purchases refundable. I would even wait a few days for a refund if needed. Nothing worse than spending 180 tokens on a worthless piece of armor you cant even equip or send to another character on your account…yea they are soulbound. Please, for all of us who huridly bought, mistakenly double clicked or plain had their head up thier kitten.

Whilst I don’t think this will happen or should happen, what Anet should’ve done was have the different types of armour (heavy, medium, light) have it’s own tab instead of having them level wise. Heck even having to filter it by clicking an armour type then level would be nice, it gives the user security that what they buy they’ll be able to use. Because I have done this too. I’ve done this using tokens and end game karma gear and it really does suck.

Weapon wise I think my idea might not work.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought that even if you double-click by accident, a “are you sure you want to buy this” pops up?

Is the new confirmation box still not enough to get people to double check when they’re clicking?

Does this confirmation box show the stats and attributions of the armor you’re about to purchase in clear view?

That’s a perfect point, there are a LOT of things I would like to see change with this game this being one. I’ve never made the mistake myself other than buying things that turn out to be unique and are not marked in anyway.

I purchased an armor skin from the gem store, and it turns out I accidently sold the leggings. It didn’t even occur to me that I would be able to sell them. You can’t sell your Karma items right? You can’t sell your reward items. You can’t sell skins. So it was pretty much a fact that I couldn’t sell these $$DOLLAR$$ purchased leggings. No way ANET would let me do that, no way they would put that in game. Hell they won’t even let me let another character use the armor.

So I was messing with pieces of the gear which I store in the bank one day and notice the leggings are missing out of the bank. I’m still not sure I sold them to this day. I went straight to the vendor for buy back and didn’t see anything.

There’s a lot of common sense stuff you would take for granted that turns out that Anet doesn’t take for granted.

They need to just add a sellback option for high-end items.

WoW has this currently where you buy Honor/VP/JP/Conquest gear, you can sell it back within an hour (or is it two?) for a full refund. It helps if you made a mistake and bought the wrong piece.

They could add this to high-end purchases. Just attach a sellback timer to items you buy, that allows you to return the item for a full refund within a certain time limit. But once you use the item or equip the item, you can no longer return it.

Consider the fact that we can buy back what we sold wrongly. Great suggestion.

They just need a “show useable” check box that when checked only shows stuff you can use in the merchant dialogs across the board. It would be useful at just about every kind of merchant there is.

They definitely need a “show usable” option, or different tabs across the top to sort through the armor types.
Its so annoying to try to find my armor in a stack of needles.
