I agree she sounds like a total kitten if she can’t appreciate the gift she got.

I don’t think there is currently is an option to just trade it back to the vendor for a refund. You may need to contact support on it. I’m not sure if that will help or not.
I think this is something that should be addressed though. I’ve done it a few times with karma items and I found it frustrating that I couldn’t sell it back to the vendor and buy the right item. Yet it was still a pretty minimal inconvenience so I never thought about it saying anything.
I think if you have not equipped the item for use it should be able to be sold right back to the vendor for a refund on the currency.
You will not be able to return for exchange. Laurel and karma vendors ask you if you are sure you want to buy the item. Its free to research the items on wiki before buying.
I know that the NPC asks if I’m sure if I want the item. the problem is that the item was right, so that when I looked in the bag was another. I am not asking for anything more, asking not to gold or gem, so wish I could have bought that item.

Answer – Anet does not undo mistakes made by players. However, if it were a bug, and you got a different item than what you clicked on, then file a bug report on it.
Yes, I already sent a ticket and expect an answer, because I believe that is one big, because it is not the first time they see it. item with karma already happened but one thing is as easy to recover kinda ignored. laurens now is hard to get a deal. I hope Anet help me to have the item I want.

We don’t have a means to replace karma or laurels — or a few others things, of course. And policy prevents us from allowing some “do overs” because the risk of damage to the game economy would be great. However, the agent who responds to your ticket will have the latest information and will provide that to you.
