…and decided to make a completly new character. My old one is a norn female ranger, so i wanted to make a human male necro.

To keep it short, i did not made it past the character creation. Most faces and hairstyles are “teenage (mutant) emo (turtles)” style, something i dont really want to play. Why cant i create an old, embittered necro?

It simply feels wrong and i cant build up a relation to my own character. That kills all the fun in the game for me.

I don’t get what you’re trying to get at. You want a bubbly happy looking necro character? I think how they currently are best reflects how a necro would look like. Truth be told faces are 90% of the time covered by masks, you can make any mask within the same armor class usable on your necro via transmutations.

So you want to not play any of the game because of how your character looks? I mean, that’s your choice and all, but I’d have to recommend going on and playing the game, considering that’s probably why you bought it…

I also came back after a long long sleep – and I also wanted to make a necro
But I chose a male Sylvari – and I could make him really dark grim and fearsome – espacially with the glowing red maks you can choose.
So perhaps you make a new try – I am sure you will find some look which pleases you
