New camera options are in-coming. Whenever the next patch is released. One of the new camera implementations should alleviate that particular issue. You can learn more about it over on Twitch (or YouTube) if you watch the latest PoI or Ready-Up (not sure which one it was).

I am also complain about gun-fire animation (pistol and rifle).

Yesterday I noticed the warrior who shot the boss, with gun was aimed all time into the air. It was stupid and freaky animation what break my mind.

It was mentioned as an option to control how much stuff you have to run into before the camera snaps so close (or something to that effect). This was the news article: https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/get-readycamera-changes-are-coming/
I suspect the issue in the video is related to the character jumping against the cart, so it should be taken care of in the patch.

It was set for today originally but got pushed back yesterday, so we do not know. Sometime rather soon I would guess.
