Can I use sigil of perception on my mainhand weapon and sigil of accuracy on my offhand and get both effects?

Yep.

Or you can do what many people do. After you get 25 stacks, equip a different weapon with a different sigil.

No. They both add +stat stacks, so only the 1st sigil with work and the other sigil will sit there doing nothing. You also can’t mix your +stat stacks together. Just pick one of the stack sigils that best fits you, then take another sigil of your choice.

How do sigils with on hit effects work?

If I have fire on an off-hand for example, will it only proc on skills 4 and 5? Or auto attacks too?

And what if you have fire on one and air on the other?

Your “on next hit” or “on critical hit” sigils should work for all of your weapon skills. At least, that has always been my understanding.

If you have the Fire’s crit proc sigil on Weapon Set #1 and the Air’s crit proc sigil on Weapon Set #2, then that will work fine. However you can’t have both Fire and Air on Weapon Set #1 without one of them no longer working. But having said that, you can always double up on a proc % sigil.

For example, you could use x2 Superior Sigil of Fire on Weapon Set #1 to increase the net proc chance. Assuming a sigil that had a 30% proc rate, running x2 sigils together would come out to an adjusted proc rate of 51%.
