Guild Wars 2

Again… I will post it here as a different post because I think it is important.
The Raptor Race is a good idea but I would like to have more options than just spamming the raptor jump to win. It felt boring and easy to win when you get the hang of it.
Beetle race from gw1 is a great example for what races on mounts could be, power ups on the path and at least one skill to slow down or stop the other people racing.
This way the races would be more fun, engaging and it they would last more as a content.
Also ending the race without winning doesn’t get you any board to know your timing… if it was like the adventures that you get the ending result and can climb to the top of the list it would be much better.
Also it’s weird how the start of the race works, I learned I had to wait a second or 2 before actually starting running because the first times even if I was starting when the game told me I was most of the time kicked out of the race.
About it, a bar that stops you crossing it with the mount till the race starts, so that everyone starts from the same line at the same time, would be a life changer.
Please don’t make it another system implemented just for the fun of it but never fixed or touched anymore to make it better! It is a great idea but needs some more love!

Mount race was fun. I can see getting bored with it if there is just one. Hopefully they have more in other zones also.
