I bought some gems and leveling boosters. I am disappointed with the new content update as I got into this game under the impression that I wouldn’t have to farm too much to stay competitive, I simply don’t have the time and WoW handles that style better anyway.

Is it possible to return my gems? Cheers.

I don’t believe you can get a refund on gems once you’ve already used them to make purchases. However, if you have any leftover gems, you may be able to get a refund for those.

Contact support. I hear they’ve been issuing refunds on the game purchase, hopefully they can refund you for the gems.

Try sending in a ticket. Actually please do it. They are obviously not getting enough feedback from us, we haven’t heard anything about how THEY liked this weekend.

Under Support → Ask for a refund on Gems. State the reason, why you want a gem refund.

Got a refund on all my recent gem purchases. Reason: Unhappy with the direction GW2 is taking with the new vertical grind in the new patch.
