I am unable to listen to the Livestream because I am at work. Can someone make a list of things they talk about?

Yes. The TLDR version is – removing rez rushing from dungeons, reducing AoE effectivness, new achievement & guild stuff (no details), reducing diffculty of the dungeon encounters, introducing better progression and rewards into WvW, 1 team vs 1 team tournament for spvp, and bringing up some of the weaker weapons/traits for classes
