Does anyone know if free accounts can get birthday gifts?

I noticed today my free account is 380 days old and it made me wonder, but my oldest character is only about 200 days old and I didn’t feel like waiting another 165 days to find out.

They get them. All mine are now level 20 thanks to the scroll. I had been waiting for the birthday since I didn’t want to play.

Birthday gifts are character-based, not account based.
Anyway, I see no reason you wouldn’t get a birthday gift once your oldest character becomes 1 year old.

(And just to clarify I know the birthday gifts are character-based, I mentioned the difference in character and account age to explain why I wasn’t just waiting until I got a gift to find out.)
