Im getting mixed information on Dual Wielding but no one has actually said how to use it and which class can use it

so ill cut to the chase, i want to dual wield two swords, which class do i need to be and which type of swords can i dual wield??

I recommend playing the warrior. He can dual wield swords, axes and maces. Just what you are looking for.
