The way I understood the wardrobe is that it would give me the skins of armor I had transmuted but I had a set of t3 cultural that I had transmuted over once and I didn’t get it unlocked. Was there a bug? Did I misunderstand how the system was supposed to work? Or am I just that unfortunate? Thanks to all who provide helpful information on this for me.

Well, off the top of my head, T3 cultural is rare and not exotic. So if the armor pieces were exotic, it means the original skin was not T3 cultural. You get the original skin, and the current skin, not any transmutations in between.

If this is not the case and you’re certain the original pieces were T3 cultural, there should be some means of contacting support to look into it.

As long as the armour still exists and you logged on the char with it you should have got both skins unlocked.
