So i haven’t heard about any legendary gear an suddenly i see this >>

can someone enlight me about this gear

It is somebody copy & pasting a code from the gw2db site.

This legendary armour is something that is somewhere in the game code, but it has no use right now. Probably is something that the devs use to test stuff, or waiting for a future expansion when legendary armour is added to the game.

Those "legendary armors " are the exotic armors you can buy in w vs w in your borderland, when pinged from gw2db they appear as legendary, but if you go to the w vs w armor mrchant you ll see they are the same skins
