My account is 700 days old, so I should have the Loyal title. But when I go to select it, the game tells me I have no titles available to equip

Have you been to the birthday vendor in Lion’s Arch?

It isnt your ACCOUNT that needs to be 365 days or older. You need a character that age.

That being said, did you know there’s a title/achievement for having a character who’s 9 years or older?

Yeah, this too. Still, check the Celebration Vendor in Lion’s Arch, unless you know you don’t have a character 365 days old.
