So an account that doesn’t own HoT can’t gift a glider skin to someone that owns HoT ?

Can someone explain why..

Because the Gem Store doesn’t allow account to purchase items that can’t possibly use. Which is a good thing. Unfortunately, it can’t, at this time, differentiate between account purchases and gifts.

At this time, the only option would be a Gem Card.

I have little over 500 gems, needing to use a gem card in this situation is really dumb imo..

I suppose another option would be to exchange your Gems to Gold, and gift that to your friend. It would likely pay for most of the Glider.

Can always convert gems into gold and send to said person as a gift. Might be some gold lost doing this but its an idea.
