How are we supposed to dye our armor if this thing always changes? Am I supposed to make a black/red armor for night and white/gold separate armor set for day?

Or maybe a black/white/red/gold armor like a godkitten clown? MOST expensive item in the game why not make it unique like this, instead of some stupid switcheroo?

I could match that, its like blue/purple/silver.

Or perhaps my thread where i suggested a toggle? But nobody gave a crap. First world problems bro.

Has no one ever heard of complementary colors? Or contrasting color schemes? Or tertiary colors?

Black nor white are complementary components of a color wheel. They’re shades/tints.

Just saying, colors don’t have to “match” to work well together.

He looks like he sells moonshine in a Halloween themed saloon.

Thread winner, the rest can all go home.

I prefer Eternity has a fixed sword hilt, a mix of the wing from Sunrise and Twilight, and change the blade according to day and night. Before there is a better solution, my ultimate solution is made sunrise and twilight and stop there.

.. I dont understand why people make the item, and then complain about it- you could have just made either twilight or sunrise then. But ok

Easiest colours to match both are definitely just plain black and white- and then take the sword as the colour contrast
Or pick one colour off the twilight and one of sunrise and match those

Or you could work with the concept of the switching (as I intend to do once I get it) outfit for one skin, armor for the other (in my case: noble at day, vampire light gear at night)

Just be creative ~ or check up that nice page with gw2 outfit styles

This is what I wish they had done as well.
