When I try to buy gems from the store with my credit card it tells me an error has occurred. I’ve triple checked to make sure all my information is correct.
Anyone else having this issue? My card seems to work everywhere else.
Happened to me too, had to delete the GW2cache file I had three of them for some reason. It’s hidden in appdata folder. just do a search and make sure you can see hidden folders. Once it’s gone, start the game and see if that works. the folder name is like gw2cach with a bunch of numbers and letters behind it.
