Guild Wars 2

I got the recipe after completed collection part II, but i unlocked that with wrong character. I went to laurel vendor, but i can’t found recipe from achievments rewards. I must bring 500 on Armorsmith with my new char, or there is a way to fix this?

You can buy more recipes from one of the fractal merchants.
