It shows i can make select the greatswords … but can’t make eternity …
Support isn’t helping me neither, they are not answering my questions..
What can i do?

try different combinations. Some recipes bug out and don’t work

Yeah try putting them in a different order… when I was making gift of might and magic they wouldn’t respond.
Example: I clicked them in the order of 1, 2, 3, 4, and it didn’t work, but 4 2 1 3 would work.

When the Tuesday patch hits use the special item you will get in the mail to un-transmute it and you should be good to go. Also, enjoy the new effects Eternity is getting.
