Hi,

I just came back to the game after having a break. I found out that MF gear was removed from the game and that accounts were compensated with 5 legendary grade luck essence.

I’ve just checked all my mail boxes and can’t find them anywhere – I also checked my account wide luck info and it doesn’t have any bonuses added to it.

How do I go about getting these essences?

You can try deleting all your mail, and waiting a bit. Mail queues, and it may be behind other mail. The mail also has a bug, where it doesn’t always alert you to being full.

Other than that, you might consider contacting CS, as they may be able to help you. Good luck.

My mail box is currently 0/10. The only mail I have in there is the ones you get from completing hearts/notification of new account wallet.

That’s odd. I would have thought it would be full of LS mails. Oh, well, best bet is CS, probably. =)

Well, anyhow don’t worry, I’m on 200% MF still trying to sort out what’s the difference from when I had 0%.
