Thanks for the link Robotsonik, the game is broke. Tried to remove a different character, same issue.

Hi everyone.
We have just answered in the fore-mentioned thread about this issue.
For those of you still with problems, please, try the following: reconnect to the game in order to patch the client and try again to delete your characters. If this does not work, please, have a little bit of patience as the team is aware of this, working in a solution and will help you with this incidence.
We proceed now to close this thread.
