Can the Mini map be made Larger ? Expanded
OH I’m on a 65 " HD 4k Screen and the mini map is tiny at its max setting . Can’t see a dam thing on it .
If you move your cursor to the edge of the mini map, you can click and hold to stretch it. I usually try to maximize its width (although not always its height, since there’s a lot of text on the right side of the screen these days).

Same with the chat box. Both are expandable.

They’re expandable up to a point. Sometimes the largest possible version of the chat box / minimap is still too small.
Like when we had the stronghold beta test the mini map was tiny tiny, you couldn’t zoom in and the largest possible version of the mini map was still way too small.
The only option is to make all of the UI larger (but sometimes you don’t want everything bigger just the map).
You guys are missing the fact that he is running on a 65 " monitor.
Well, I have only 2 Tips for you, and I ain’t sure if it would work. First one is go on F11 into gw2, and change the Layout from small to “Larger”, it should at least increase a little yout overall map/skill/chat bars. But as a 60’ monitor, I think that the only way to fiz, is change your screen resolution to a smaller resolution ( you run what? 9k per 6k or something like that?) Try to change to a usual 2k per 1,8 to see if it becmes too bad.
After all, those screens aren’t made to play dude, they are almost a home cinema, I don’t see a reason to play a pc game on a screen like that.
I used to be able to see the mini map. what changed? also I am constantly have to zoom into it, as ti does not stay put.
Worst is, it is really hard to see and find gathering items, and some mapping is points are just invisible.
I want the old mini map back!
