Can we change e-mail adress for the account?
I was able to change a family members by contacting support. You need access to your old e-mail to confirm or proof that it is your account.

Hi! why can’t we change the account e-mail adress, but only the forums one?
My account e-mail adress (and forums too) are on an old e-mail… I would like to update it.Please NCSoft, make it possible to change it, so I don’t have to switch gmails each time I want to see news about GW2.

Create a ticket using the above URL. We can’t change it on our own; only support can (as the poster above mentioned).
Thanks guys, I’ve sent a ticket. Will the answer be in my recent e-mail?
I contacted support and they were more than happy to change the email on my account. It was both my log in email & the one needed to get in touch with me. The one thing I was warned about was that when that happens, your password is reset (they send you a temporary one and then you select your new password) and you can’t use your old password.

It can take up to 72 hours (sometimes longer if they’re very busy) to get a reply.

GW2 tickets take up to 3 days for a response. You may or may not get a response sooner.

It is the weekend, things are always slower. Should have received an auto response though. If nothing happens within 3 days go to the https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support and put your ticket number there to be looked at. Do not make multiple customer service tickets as it slows down the help you may receive.
The CS Team will send an automated response, almost immediately, to the email address you indicated in your ticket (the first field asking about email addresses, I believe).
If you have not received the automated response, you can peruse the Sticky, ‘FAQ’ in the Account Support sub-forum (where these kinds of threads are best posted), and/or (if none of the issues apply) post your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’ after 72 hours.

Thanks guys, I do have recieved the automatic message and didn’t think it was the weekend. If I don’t recieve an answer directly from GW2 team monday, I’ll use the links you guys gave me!

Weekends make no difference, the CS Team works 24/7/365. The Team also allows itself 72 hours (or more time when volume is high) to respond no matter the issue.
