Can we have a search bar on front page

Can we please have a search bar on our character selection page? One that we type the item we are looking for and it shows which character you have it on. It would save time instead of having to cycle through all your characters trying to find a specific item. Especially if you have 13 + toons. Please anet this would be amazing.

Doubtful the Devs would add something that has already been created by players using the API.

You don’t need to create an account to use gw2 Efficiency, just an API key (instructions on the site).
